Born in Poland, resident of France, Henryk Szmidt is a senior executive coach, strategic consultant and clarity trainer working with companies interested in effective results for their promising leaders and teams.

Three working languages (English, French and Polish), a multicultural approach, a rich professional experience (has build a career as a computer programmer, project manager, project director, a consultant in management and senior strategic consultant for international corporations such as Bank of France, Fujitsu, Bull, AXA, Irish Life and others in the banking, insurance and IT sectors) have given him the skills to respond to the needs of modern global companies in the 21st century.

With an expertise in senior executive coaching at the board member level, he challenges his clients to increase their capacity to motivate themselves and their teams in a smooth, harmonious way following his motto: “Extraordinary Results for Exceptional People”.

Henryk Szmidt is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. Since 2003, he has also been a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) - one of few coach training schools that are accredited with the International Coach Federation, the leading standards and accreditation body for coaches worldwide.

Henryk Szmidt has created three companies, is a founder of Presence d’Esprit – a French non-profit organization in personal development - and is also a co-founder of Coaching Working Group in Poland, an informal support and training group for coaches. He is currently on his way to being certified as Supervisor and Mentor for CoachWise Faculty and at the same time leading conferences and training for professionals in France and in Poland.
